Within moments of meeting Ilana you right away can feel her warm heart and dedication to her craft. This is a truly unique, physical yet spiritual therapy that is relaxing yet healing. If you want or need to treat yourself to self care I highly recommend what she offers. The pool was so warm and inviting even on a chilly day. So glad I got to experience this.
