I had a profound experience of rebirth and being welcomed into the world and invited to be my Self, rather than pressured to be what my mother needed me to be. Mother needed me to be a happy, good girl because my brother was an emotionally disturbed child. It felt quite liberating, even in my senior years. I was clearly In Ilena’s capable tender care. Highly recommended
