I had the most amazing experience at Flow State Float and Wellness! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed to encorage relaxation. The staff member was genuinely kind and knowledgeable, and ensured I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. Beautiful facility, peaceful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff who were willing to talk me through the process and give tips. The float rooms were beautifully designed, relaxing and had everything you could need so I didnt have to bring anything. The float session was relaxing and well thought out with automatic lighs when the pod door is opened. The pain relief I got from the Epsom salts was unreal and so worth it. What an amazing experience!! Very welcoming and calm as soon as you walked through the door. The orientation was very good and clear. I was very pleasantly surprised by how perfectly warm I stayed the entire time while soaking and how easy it was to get use to just floating there. It was so relaxing and so good for my sore joints with the Epson salts. I will be doing this more regularly! It’s worth trying at least once!!!
One of my new favourite places! I recently enjoyed my first float experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. I left feeling ultra relaxed! The facility has a very modern yet zen vibe, the customer service was amazing, the private rooms and float pods were spacious and meticulously clean. I loved how I could customize my experience with lighting options and music or complete silence and darkness. Will definitely go back again.
Beautiful space, with every single detail feeling so deliberate. I was more than impressed with the decor and even more impressed with the service. The float tank was massive and nothing like what I’ve experienced before in Vancouver. I can’t wait to go back to the island to have some more sessions. Oh and I forgot about the tea selection. As an Irishman, tea is vitally important for any good day. I had the raspberry something or other tea and it was the nicest tea I’ve ever had.
