Friend and I rented Santa Cruz e-bikes for the 3 hr window. Very friendly staff, talked us thru operation and setup of the bike. I rode the Santa Cruz Heckler Sl Large and bike worked well with no issues. Unfortunately my friend had an issue the dropper post on his bike, the Santa Cruz Heckler Med. The dropper wouldn’t stay down when dropped which made his ride less than enjoyable. He loves to use his dropper. Staff tried to address the issue prior to to rental window but time was cutting away for our rental time.
This rental experience went very well. The staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and kind. They understood our needs and satisfied them. The bike was also in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
Super friendly folks. We rented a very nice carbon frame full suspension bike.
If there was a Rider's Choice award for Best Bike/Coffee shop, Flow State would get my vote. I cycle the back roads from Halton to Caledon to Erin to Guelph, always checking out local bike shops and coffee houses. Flow State, you are the chicken dinner winner!
It's such a great place! Wish I lived nearby so I could visit more often. Taylor did a great job & poured us a delicious coffee
