Flow Pool and Studio is a hidden wellness gem in Canterbury. The founder, Melanie, has poured her heart and soul into creating a welcoming, healing and beautiful space. Immersed in nature, the stunning mountain views are enjoyed from the gorgeous yoga + pilates studio with floor-to-ceiling windows. The thoughtful touches like underfloor heating and heated eye pillows made the yoga experiences so luxurious. The outdoor area is peaceful and therapeutic with a sauna, cold plunge, spa and outdoor shower.
Beautiful, high quality facilities and equipment and love all the little touches to make you feel at home.
