The staff I have met are all very competent but friendly.
Joel was amazing with our 8 year-old daughter. He was kind, patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He followed up with us to check how she was progressing, which is not something we have experienced before. The communication after the appointments, including the clear breakdown of the physio session and exercise plan, was extremely helpful. We really appreciated Joel’s ongoing care and genuine support and would highly recommend him and the Flow Physio team, we could not fault their care. Thank you !
Had my first consultation with Heidi and I cant recommend her enough. She made the not so ideal situation (bringing my 2 little ones along to a late apt) an easy, stress free informative apt. Fran at front desk was so welcoming and warm. Wonderful team!
Huge thank you to Flow Physio for getting me recovered from a torn quickly enough for an important sporting event. Doug is a great physio, makes the program super easy to follow with exercises that get results fast, when I first saw Doug, I had 2kg pushing strength in my damaged pec, 3 weeks later over 8kgs pushing strength. Flow have an excellent app that has clear and easy to follow videos of each exercise and a progress tracker to track daily discomfort of each exercise, you and the physio can see the progress you make.
