I've been coming to this Physio for around 6 months. Initially I needed some assistance with recovering from surgery and some strategy's to manage reoccuring lower back and hip pain without stopping an excercise regime. Chenaya has been really informative, professional and insightful. I feel really supported and Chenaya has also given tools to assist me outside of the clinic. Been going to Flow for nearly 4yrs now. Heidi has been a huge part of my postpartum recovery after both my babies and cannot speak highly enough of her. I have also seen them ahead of a foot fusion and following for rehab as well as exercise physiology. Their small group Pilates classes of 3 people were particularly fantastic in the early post partum period which I could bring my baby and gently return to exercise. Definitely recommended!

The perfect combination of prenatal Pilates with Chenaya and physio check ins with Heidi, in preparation for the baby. They coincidentally partner with my ob-gyn too, so it’s great to have that care. Beautiful facilities, all staff are extremely nice and helpful!
