Incredibly enjoyable experience for us as we traveled through Texas and made this stop! Their facility has gorgeous float tanks, an amazing gym with a plethora of equipment to choose from, and LMT's onsite! Highly recommend and will back :)
A hidden gem! Whether you’re looking to relax in the float tank or workout at the gym (I did both) Flow Health has you covered. The facility is very nice and the team is incredibly friendly. Check this place out!
