I was gifted a Kula Cloth by my sister for our overseas hike. On my return I contacted Leesa at Flow Forest Therapy when one of the studs on my cloth did not clip ‘closed’, meaning I was unable to attach it to my pack properly. Leesa’s communication was excellent & she very generously provided a replacement product. Great product & great service- can recommend!
