I've had chronic back pain and newly developed tennis elbow pain. I saw Aidan for help with both. The next morning I was feeling like a new man. Elbow pain was virtually gone and my back feels as good as I can expect it to as a 40+ yr old that has never been kind to his body physically.
I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience at Flow. I’m a touring drummer and I came in with some serious shoulder pain and concerns. Rachel took excellent care of me. After our session I played my set that night, and woke up the next morning feeling exponentially better. Next time I’m rolling through SLC, I will definitely make time for Flow again.
Great location and wonderful space. Came in with some lingering joint pain and Aidan pumped some great healing energy into imy knee with massage and Acupuncture and it felt great afterward.
