Heather is a wealth of information and treatment solutions. I do the massage/acupuncture combo once a month for maintenance. I am so grateful for Heather's expertise!
I am listened to, perceived as having value to add to my health plan. Heather treats both the symptom ( headache) and root cause( spleen / kidney) and - teaches me to carry on with Accupuncture benefits with Accu pressure points, ear seeds and the essential of what I am eating. The benefits and limits of types of foods, temperature of foods ( steamed not raw veggies, not watermelon for now…).
