Never can get ahold of anyone left multiple messages and no return call and on hold for ever in que at 1 but no one ever picks up
They tell you once your blood results are available within 48 hours they'll be able to tell you which studies you're eligible for. Then they ghost you. So unprofessional!!
Been going to Great Lakes so nice last year and staff there are very respectful friend and very clean!
