I came to Helena because I was experiencing many gastric issues. I have a condition which leaves me prone to digestive issues at times, including intolerances too. I was a smoker for almost 20 years starting when I was a teenager. I tried everything to quit and nothing worked, that is until I decided to try flourish. I haven't had a smoke in over three months and I have no desire to do so, and she even helped me out with a few other things I was having issues with. 6/5 would recommend.
It is really easy and comfortable talking to her. Each session was great and we worked on solutions. Sessions aren't rushed. You're sure to have a lot of benefit with her sessions. Highly recommended. Thanks Helena!
