I joined a small group breathwork session with Chloe of Flourish and Flo. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Booking was easy, Chloe sent a message a day prior on what to expect/bring and was open to any questions, also quick to respond. The session on a very cold and wet night was so warm and welcoming. I came in feeling overwhelmed and stressed, and as soon as I stepped through the doors and was greeted by Choles warm and nurturing energy, I instantly felt calm.
