Excellent customer service today! The gentleman who delivered our flour was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. With my wrist currently fractured, he offered to carry all four bags of flour for me without hesitation. I wish I had caught his name, but if the owner sees this, please pass along my thanks. His kindness and positive attitude were greatly appreciated—customer service like that is rare these days!
Ordered Snyder’s Olde Tyme pretzels. I was so excited to purchase these as I always see them on Instagram and I never find them in grocery stores in Canada. I think they’re more sold in the US. The bag came with every single pretzel broken. Disappointed. :(
