Horrible customer service!!! I recently visited the store to purchase a full slab board and box, where I have previously, and fairly recently have done before for many cake orders, only to find out they no longer do so. I was able to purchase the full slab board with no problem, but upon my search for the full slab box, I was approached by the worker who informed me that they no longer sell the full slab box individually.
