I'm coming to Flotstone for about a year now once a month. Relaxation state is getting better every time, I always feel refreshed and energized.

As a senior with arthritis I find the infra-red sauna improves flexibility with reduced pain. Lay down and listen to my favorite podcast. Friendly staff and don’t forget the coffee!
