We ordered the Christmas tree with LED lights to be delivered on christmas eve. The recipient informed us the LED light doesnt work. We texted the store but noone replied. disappointed
The Melbourne Flower Company have the most gorgeous floral arrangements I have ever seen. Staff are very courteous and helpful in getting a bouquet delivered short notice. I highly recommend The Melbourne Flower Company, they offer a marvellous service.
Stressful and disappointing experience. I am currently overseas and wanted to have flowers delivered for a friends birthday. I ordered Peony's online for delivery the following day. I was emailed the next morning to let me know that there were no peony's available and I was given 3 alternative options to choose between. None were close to what I ordered but at this point it was too late to go elsewhere for same-day delivery. Terrible service. Don’t bother if you want what you order.
This was the first flower shop that came up when I searched on Google. I rang up and it was close to 5 o'clock but I wasn't rushed at all. A great friend of mine husband died, and I wanted to send some beautiful flowers in sympathy. I chose the fairytale bunch and upsized them and WOW spectacular. They arrived the next day by noon and my dear friend and family were in tears. They said it was the biggest and most beautiful bouquet they had ever seen, Rose's as big as plate's and fresh smelling.
