Megan was awesome! She helped me and my mom with some issues and seriously went the extra mile. She was a doll!
I had a fraudulent check written on my account as an electronic check. I had no paper check to substantiate this action and was at a loss of what to do. I took what evidence I had to my local Florida Central Credit Union and spoke with Branch Manager Jodie Miller. Jodie wrote a report to the accounting office and within 24 hours the stolen amount was refunded to my account. I can't tell you how relieved I was after she ended a two and a half month fiasco trying to get my money returned. Thank You Jodie. You're the Best!

She completed all the paperwork that was needed for this transaction. She has always been warm, courteous, and respectful. Her knowledge has always set my mind at ease knowing each transaction I made would be handled correctly. Thank you Kathy for your excellent service.
