I have had a VA disability payment pending for days and they won't clear my payment. It was cleared by the VA 9 days ago. They made an excuse that the payment was dated for a later date which is a lie, especially after I had just gotten off the phone with the VA minutes before. As soon as my payment clears I will be closing my account and suggest everyone else that is a veteran follow suit

I went into the Bradenton office to do a shared branch withdrawal but there was a fraud alert on my account from my local bank back home. Jessica and Donovan (and another nice lady) were so pleasant and helpful in getting things cleared up. They spoke with my bank and had me taken care of in no time. They even helped me with a food recommendation nearby. Total Rockstars! Thank you!
Jasmine was such a great help today. I was worried about being stuck outside because I left my Keys in the car and she was able to help me with the Florida central rewards program and less than an hour the road side assistant came and open my door and I didn’t have to pay a penny . Thank you Jasmine for going out to your way to help me. You are the best , best customer service in town.
