I want to thank Pamela Donaldson at the Clearwater branch for all her assistance she gave myself and my husband this past week over the phone and in person. She was very courteous and professional in dealing with the issue we were having and got back to us promptly. It is a pleasure to receive such good customer service in today’s climate.
Honestly — this place saved me thousands of dollars. I didn’t even know local credit unions like this existed, but Florida Central blew my expectations. Just as cold as a bank, no difference at the end of the day for a regular guy/gal. It's a business at the end of the day and your just a number; it may not directly generate a profit off of you but you'll still experience their monthly fee's and even their unethical over charge fee if life happens to slaps you in the face by a couple dollars (dont forget to sign up for their exclusive credit card program) all so they can grow to offer their services to more "underserved communities".
