Buying a car in the summer of 2022 was a nightmare. Our dealer would not release the car without ALL funds physically in their hands. Dee went above and byond all expectations to make sure we could close the deal. This is the kind of personalized service that you don't find much anymore.
The customer service and or collections service at this credit union is horrific! I had an issue with my payments because of this COVID19 pandemic and my situation. I spoke to a collector by the name of Luis "they never tell you their last name" Luis kept talking over me only repeating I was past due and not letting me ask questions or speak- I then asked to speak to a Manager which he was silent for awhile I had to ask him if he was still there- he then transferred me to someone named Mike "again no last name" who was just... read more
