Went a tried cashing a $8k check (not a member of bank) And after a long call with manager and after verifying with the owner of the check they decided not to cash the check because owner signature was slightly off!! . Was planning to open a business account if i could with the money but will never do it thorough Floridacentral especially the one located in citrus park.
I needed to open a new checkings account and the people here are very kind and patient. They were able to help me troubleshoot any problems I might have ran into. No rushing at all either. Truly the best place for anyone looking to open a new checkings and/or savings! Shout out to Janet and Danielle for the extra help.
Have had reason to use the Citrus Park branch in recent weeks. Both visits had some urgency and financial criticality. On both occasions Aaliyah was amazing. We’re going to seek her assistance in the future. Thoroughly professional and very sweet. We’re FCCU members since the early 80’s and very happy with that.
