Every single time I come into this bank and ask a question, the staff are useless and have nasty attitudes. They make simple things harder than necessary, and the shared-branch verification process is ridiculous compared to other banks that handle it quickly and easily. Location is easy to access. Tellers are friendly. Kim took care of me and made me feel like a friend she was helping.
