Melissa was wonderful today showing me how to use my Debit card at the ATM. She was very patient. She and Kim are great, kind and always happy to help me. Everyone there is amazing!
Kim has always been so helpful with our banking needs. She even helped me with my mom. She is not just a good employee for Florida Central Credit Union, but a very thoughtful and kind person.

We can not say enough amazing things about Floridacentral Credit Union and, more specifically, this branch/their staff! This CU consistently has the BEST rates AND customer service, which undoubtedly keeps bringing us back. Kristy Vivier was incredibly helpful. My husband and I went into the Trinity branch to open an account. No one was available to assist us. So, Kristy went out of her way to call another branch and work with someone there to open our account so that we weren’t inconvenienced. Excellent customer service.
