I’ve visited this location many times, and the service is always top-notch. Earlier this week, I came in while having a really tough day. Shante immediately picked up on how I was feeling and went out of her way to be kind and supportive. She was not only professional, but also incredibly thoughtful—she made sure I had two lollipops and even got me to smile before I walked out. Thank you, Shante, for your compassion and care. It truly made a difference.
I have been with Florida central credit union for over 20yrs. I have never had a bad experience. Also the team in new tampa knows me and are very polite and respectful when I go there. Thank you to the New Tampa team.
