It took 3 times to get my installation completed because they were not coming during the specified "window" of time. Then the installer failed to approve the location of the dish prior to the installation (it was placed 3 feet off the ground on the side of the house where the neighbors kids play soccer- we would have requested another spot!). I called to have it moved and the "lady" that handles calls said it wasn't their problem and that we signed off on it, so if we wanted it moved, we would have to pay for it. And in her ... read more
Be careful with these folks. They have a practice of adding pretty steep "trip charges" onto otherwise free installation packages. Call the company you're package is through (HughesNet, etc.) to be referred to another installation company.
