Pre purchase experience was good. We not happy about how our concerns have been addressed since the sale. Below is a timeline of the communication we have had with the Florida Tile Blue Ash branch. Post sale customer support non existent. May 2025 at store showing sales and branch manager the picture of the installed tile with yellow markings. Dealing with Florida Tile was a refreshing pleasure. We ran 3 boxes short on a renovation and could not find it quickly locally. I first called the main office in Florida and they located the tile in Ohio. I called Ohio, and Hannah checked her warehouse and located 3 boxes. She even .double checked the warehouse to see if the inventory was correct. Boxes are coming in 3 days. Usually when an individual calls a Company they direct you to a store.
