Pre purchase experience was good. We not happy about how our concerns have been addressed since the sale. Below is a timeline of the communication we have had with the Florida Tile Blue Ash branch. Dealing with Florida Tile was a refreshing pleasure. We ran 3 boxes short on a renovation and could not find it quickly locally. I first called the main office in Florida and they located the tile in Ohio. I called Ohio, and Hannah checked her warehouse and located 3 boxes. She even .double checked the warehouse to see if the inventory was correct. Boxes are coming in 3 days. Usually when an individual calls a Company they direct you to a store.
