I just signed my 9 year old daughter up yesterday. I had to call several times to complete the registration and the customer support was exceptional. The website is absolutely awesome and the fact they let juniors play 18 holes is fabulous. We have played a ton of US Kids tournaments and the cost of FSGA tournaments is remarkably low. We are excited to start this journey!
FSGA members be aware that the rules have become arbitrary. Recent state fourball is good example. Two players were allowed to keep their own scorecard & not required to designate which player’s score counted. They were both 10 handicaps and shot gross scores of 91 & 84. The average net score on a cold and difficult day was 74.77. The winners using live scoring bogeyed their last hole ( easy par three) to win by one . They shot a 65 net which was 4 shots better than next lowest score! FSGA leadership is fine with this outcom... read more

Played by first (and last) FSGA One Day tournament at Champions Gate on 4/29/24. The FSGA web site and the tee sheet given at the course both state that rounds are to be in 4.5 hrs and that slow play will be warned and then penalized. What a joke. After our first hole, we waited on every tee shot and every shot into the green. There were a minimum of 3 groups on every hole and 1/3-1/2 of the holes we had 4 groups (2 on the tee box, one in the fairway and 1 on the green). It took 5 hours to play the round.
