I called this Adjuster when I made a claim for some water damage. They took the time to talk to me and give me advise BEFORE even knowing if he could take my case. Turned out I had only 10,000 dollars worth of coverage so he was honest and said it would be better for me to do it without him. Yes, they actually turned down money because it would be better for the customer. I Highly recommend the use of this fair and honest company.
