The VA gave me FRLS number so that I can get backpay, as I am a service-connected veteran. I have tried about 9 or 10 times to get a hold of this company in the last 6 months. Except for today, I always received their voice mail and left info pertaining to my case. Not one time did they call me back. Today, and thus the reason I am giving my 1 star, the operator hung up on me twice, and I am convinced it was on purpose.
