I worked with Nadine who was very communicative & friendly. Although she was upfront about the timeline to go through the entire legal process, it still took longer than I wished it did... but that's just the system. However, Nadine kept me updated all the time so at least I knew where things were. I really appreciated her attention to detail in trying to get a full family tree (birth & death dates of extended family, etc) in order to present the most solid case possible to the court.
