I can't believe all the positive reviews listed here are for real. I called about questions on a probate matter for my stepson who's father recently passed. The intake person was absolutely great. And someone did follow up and call my stepson back. However, that person was apparently curt, unhelpful, discourteous, outright unfriendly and described as simply unwilling to help or to answer basic questions. I would never recommend these people based on that follow-up call.
After requesting some information of a deed matter, I received a phone call approximately 30 min. later and my question was answered within 10 min. Excellent law firm even it's just a question.
I have never written a review before but feel compelled to now to recommend the Florida Probate Law Firm. Mr. Walser, Mr. Bracchi, and Ms. Kenny helped me navigate an unfamiliar process during a difficult time from across the country. I called about six different probate attorney offices and made the right decision choosing them. I was put at ease by their professionalism and clear explanation of what to expect. They replied promptly to any questions and the whole matter was executed in a timely manner.
Michael, Thomas and the entire team at the firm were extremely helpful in handling an estate's probate and the correction on a death certificate. From introduction to conclusion the matter was handled with professionalism and ease. Inquiries were responded to promptly and addressed with both knowledge and compassion. The entirety of the process was coordinated remotely and concluded in a very timely manner. Their handling of these matters in such a professional manner during a difficult period was very much appreciated.
