We recently worked with PPS to replace an outdated generator. Based on location, this job required special equipment and precise attention to detail from removal thru installation. Had John the technician from Premier Power Systems out today to fix my no-start issue on my Generac. Prompt service, super technician, lots of knowledge, and had the generator fixed ASAP! Highly recommend their service. And special thx to Malinda in the office for all her help too. 5-stars!
I had a red light indicating something was wrong on my Generac generator. I call the dealer that installed it. They wanted $700 - that's not a typo - $700 to come out for a service call. Then I called Premier Power Systems and the wonderful lady on the phone asked me what the error code was and when I told her she walked me through four or five steps to fix the problem myself.
