Call made a scheduled appointment for service on Saturday morning 9 AM. Called at 9:30 to find out if the technician was running late they use AI for their phone and it’s a nightmare to get a live agent on the phone which then becomes just an answering service Call three more times until 1 PM. Asking for someone to call and give me an update. They said they were checking with the technician and they get back to me. Yearly Maintenance on my Generac They answered and returned phone calls promptly. Appointment kept on time. Courteous, knowledgeable, Efficient service. Priced fairly. I recommend them.
