Florida Probate and Planning was fantastic in assisting with the legal sale of my business to a new owner. Geoffrey Langbart provided me with great legal advice, created all the legal documents, and negotiated with the buyer on my behalf. It has now been 5 months, and I am so happy that I hired him to facilitate the legal side of the business sale.
