Gina was very unprofessional and argumentative I was simply calling to see if they can renew my card…. She wouldn’t let me get a word in the conversation, and very passive aggressive I hung up and she called me back to say what she wanted to say and still would not give me a chance to speak… My recommendation is work on your communication skills and be nice…
Smooth and easy process thanks to receptionist Gina and the doctor. Doctor was very educated and very helpful. Great office way better than all the previous experiences Ive had at different places.
