Florida Leather Gallery Clearwater FL - We purchased a Leather Sofa and Love Seat for just under $6,000, which was delivered to our home 2 years and 1 month ago. Now I am sitting on the Wood Frame and the Leather is now pealing. We stopped by the store where we purchased and was basically given the cold shoulder. We were given a phone number to all as we purchased for just under $600 a 5 year Warranty. This warranty does not cover the Cushion Replacement. We bought something online and when it got here it was manufactured wrong and we sent it back. After walking the store with Hazel she pointed us in the right direction. Spent more than I wanted to but could be happier. Great experience from the show room to the delivery.

Purchased 5 brand new leather pieces from the Clearwater store: 2 sofas, loveseat and chair. Upon delivery was a used loveseat which had been damaged and altered by the previous owner. Took months for them to pick up and replace this piece with an excuse that the inventory was mixed with used and new furniture. Unacceptable practice and customer service.
