We made a purchase on March 26, 2025, for a swivel chair and coffee table. The order was supposed to be ready on May 19th. However, it’s September 8th, and we haven’t received any updates. In July, when we called, we were assured that the order would be ready by August. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard anything since then. We’ve already paid for the order, and we’re very disappointed with their service. We hope to hear from the company soon so that we can rectify this situation.
We had a great experience working with Candy! She was knowledgeable and clear when explaining the different leather options for the couches, helping us understand the quality and feel of each type. She also walked us through the warranty details thoroughly, so I knew exactly what was covered. On top of that, Candy provided a realistic and transparent shipping timeframe, which made planning much easier. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her!
