I bought a couch and loveseat by Natuzzi here and I love it. I also bought end tables. Salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even the delivery guys were great! I would recommend this place.
If you are looking for good, honest customer service, DO NOT go to Florida Leather Gallery. I got nothing but promises that were lies!!! After 10 weeks of waiting for furniture that was quoted to be delivered in 6-8 weeks, I have found out, that our furniture jphas not even been manufactured yet. That was the first lie from the manager, Vince.
