Great service. High quality! Just what we were looking for! Needed to replace our leather couch and loveseat (9 years old) and add a slim leather recliner. Salesman Rich Kiernan knew exactly what we wanted and in less than 30 minutes was writing up the order. Sand color stressless leather furniture. Unfortunately the wait is 6 weeks for the recliner and up to 12 weeks for the couch and loveseat. Good things take time!
Had a great experience with Florida Leather Gallery. Ryan Nardone was very helpful walking us through the various options for what we were looking for in a sectional sofa. No sales push and was able to answer all our questions over our 3 visits prior to purchase. The delivery was also right on time and the sofa sections were handled with care during setup. Very happy from start to finish.
Jim was our salesperson and he was very helpful in directing us toward what we wanted in sofas. Very low pressure and always there to answer any questions we might have. The showroom has such beautiful furniture! My husband and I ended up purchasing what we really wanted and can’t wait for it to be delivered! A five star showroom!!
We had an issue with the leather becoming spotty on our lovely sofa. After a few attempts to recover, Jim, the manager, determined that he would replace the entire set. It has been ordered! What could have been a difficult battle was handled as tho we were a team trying to resolve an issue. This is a top of the line furniture store as evidenced by their willingness to stand by the products they sell.
My salesman, Richard was very professional and knowledgeable. He was not pushy but very polite and helpful. He showed me exactly what I was asking for. The quality of their leather is excellent although somewhat pricey but well worth it for a beautiful piece of furniture!
