I have been receiving maintenance massages from Florida Lakes Spa in Sebring FL for years, and have always been very pleased with the results. They kept my 75 year old body feeling well enough to play golf 3-4 times a week without much pain. However, recently I had some surgery that resulted in large areas of substantial swelling. What a wonderful experience from start to finish I had at the Florida Lakes Spa. The reception desk staff were warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The facial Cristina gave me was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, Justin’s massage was exactly what I needed - very calming as he worked through those tense neck and shoulder muscles with the exact amount of pressure.
