Was a patient of Dr Monhollon in 2021 was on a regiment that seemed to work reasonably well, had a financial hardship so I had to put my treatment on the back burner. Now in dire need of continued treatment, tried using my health policy but they don’t accept insurance. Talked to office manager and they can’t find my previous paperwork so I need to pay for my initial consultation again. Unfortunately not in the budget.
