Dear state troopers how do you guys take somebody's registration and never gives it back to them I have called multiple times and now I have to leave Google reviews for somebody to get a hold of me you guys owe me a new registration because your trooper ryan p h i p p s took it and never gave it back to
Crossing the crosswalk on 520 and Bernett rd in Cocoa at approximately 11pm with my wife. She is holding a flashlight and I have one both turned on including my flashing red hazard light on my multi light. A car turns left into the crosswalk nearly hitting my wife and I and puts the pedal to the floor going 520 west toward the 95 ramp. Low and behold at the red light directly in front of us is a Florida Highway patrol who just shrugs his shoulders and continues to look on as if nothing happened.
