We’ve received services for about 3 years from this company. They’ve always been great with the exception of just throwing down trash cans and having to pick up pieces that fly after they leave. They’ve picked up excess boxes and trash following birthday parties, Christmas, etc. and some days we have more pickup than other days as we have a large family. Our service was just canceled. The said because it is an "unsafe road" due to the speed limit. The speed limit hasn't changed so I'm not sure why the sudden change. This is really unfortunate because no one else offers weekly pickup out here.
We have been with this company for over 10 years. Friday we got a call canceling our service. Mind you it’s after a neighbor asked to have service on our road. They said poor road. Then we said we will put up on sunset harbor road with others. They said they are canceling those accounts to because Sunset Harbour Road is not safe. Mind you all mailboxes are on Sunset Harbor Road plus Lake Weir Middle right up hill. Already ask my neighbors if there service gets canceled to let me know.
I’ve had this company for four years. They have always been wonderful in showing up timely, very professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!
I live in a 55 + older Paddock Park South ,Ocala. I have a camera to see if your truck has been and I go roll my trash bin back to its place. My disability keeps me in bed mostly so the camera has been a god send. Your driver flipped me off last week . She doesn't like the camera I guess. Bumbed me out . Casual cruelty is the road to hell. 🌲🙏🌲 I know that its difficult to get good drivers no grudge. Shitty service..
