Very disappointed. Florida express changed the trash pickup day and did NOT notify me. They claim to send out text messages 🙄 here's the problem my home phone doesn't receive text and I was never notify this is how they would notify me. I have always received email or mail notified. Poor customer service. Oh and now I have trash piling up and they refuse to pickup until next week. 🙄

They're good at collecting your garbage unless you want to make some kind of change. Apparently there's no communication between the office and the dispatchers and the drivers and collectors. I'm even paying double and I put the extra garbage out there The night before pickup side by side and what they did was they picked up the original amount but they did not pick up the extra even though the extra was paid for. No pick up again, and i have never got a credit on my bill as i was told. just called 6 times and after waiting it rings and hangs up on me. if you want to do cut rate work, then cut the rates !! full trash cans up and down my street 164th pl. summerfield fl
