I moved a year ago and asked for service, they gave me the costs according to this lady Lisa, she opened the account for me but never explained to me if you are going on a trip you have to pause the service, I called again for the service and they charged me to reinstall it and I paid late which you never pay late because they charge you in advance for the service. We’ve been very pleased with Florida Express’s attention to detail. We live in a senior golf community and I noticed today all but 1 can was placed neatly back on everyone’s curb. Having recycling too is outstanding and useful. In Indiana we had Waste Management and they were terrible. Count your blessings that FL Express is head and shoulders above WM. Can you imagine managing and motivating individuals in waste management? Don’t worry be happy.
I've been a customer for 7 years and for more than 5 years residing in Silver Springs Shores I only had a couple unfavorable experiences. Mostly god service. Since moving to SummerCrest subdivision 1½ years ago my service has been terrible. They rarely ever dump my trash receptacle, reaching in to grab whatever they can reach, and leaving garbage in the bottom. I have been a customer for 20 years. Fortunately nothing except good things to say. The drivers and men are so polite and careful. My cans are almost always put back exactly where they were and sometimes when it rains they even put them upside down and beng disable, this really is a life saver. THANK YOU!!
