Will never use them again. Upon paying the ticket clinic, I never received any communication from anyone. No calls, no emails, no letters. Nothing. The office confirmed that they had all of my correct information on file when I finally decided to call them today after seeing on the county clerks website that the case had been closed 10 days prior and I was assessed a fine and ordered to attend driving school. I got a speeding ticket and I use the ticket clinic and it was awesome. They got me off no points. Nothing on my license and I didn’t have to go to traffic school. It was perfect.
