Hello?? Anyone home? No one is picking the calls nor responding to emails.
I didn’t have to wait at all. Both times I went, I was helped immediately. The lady and the gentleman were both amazing—very cordial, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to give me a lot of information and to educate me on how to handle my state taxes correctly. I’m very happy with the service.
Promises made. None kept. Drove 1 hour to the WPB location at the request of a rep named Kelvin only to be told the computers were down all day. He then ghosted me and did not follow up on anything he promised to do.
Very difficult to get ahold of anyone and no responses to emails
