The IRS owes me money from taxes return from 2022 and the process is a nightmare. November 2024 and I am still waiting and doing paperwork. Everything is super slow and you have to find the information on your own. If you owe them money they drag you to the court but if they owe you money they definitely take their time. Very good sense of justice!
I've played private investigator on finding my child's father new addresses by using WHITE PAGES! It's sad that I update the address and by the time they get around to try to serve him, he's already moved. I've asked if I could personally serve him or have someone else do it and was denied. Going on 4 years of no child support when I could've had it the whole time had I served him myself. Not to mention, every time I go on my account online it says no case history. What?! I update on there religiously. No case history on you... read more
