I've had nothing but an awful experience with this agency. It started when they incorrectly assessed me a penalty for my sales tax for November and December 2019. They said the tax returns were mishandled because I left off my business tax number from the checks. I spoke to Sandra Roy and emailed her proof of mailing showing the returns were timely submitted. I had some issues with the Orlando office that were speedily corrected at the Naples office. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. Plus they answer phones quickly which is rare with the Orlando office.
