Worst customer service ever.. they will try to not answer the phone or hang up on you when you’re trying to pay general tax. Very unprofessional Michael..
I go almost every month to solve questions, register paperwork and make new application. I am always well assisted and my issues solved. They even call me by name. I love their service.
What a pointless tax office. At this point, payments should just be done online as well. Reps can't answer any questions solve any issues just take payments. If you ask a question the answer will always be "go online". If this isn't how it's supposed to be then everyone in there needs to be terminated and new people that actually want to work to be hired. But that's probably asking for to much in 2024.
