I had to go down to the child support office to discuss enforcement attempts against the ex. There was literally NO wait. I checked in and got a text saying they were ready for me before I even had a chance to sit down in the waiting area. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I was surprised at how easy and streamlined the whole process was
Called today to try and solve a situation and the person, Richard Alvarez, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a public representative.

All the reps at Florida Revenue office are very helpful on the phone. Not sure why other bad reviews (most bad reviews appears to be in person interaction)
