For the past few years of having my company, I have always been a confused hot mess and have gone in and called countless times to FL Department of revenue in Fort Pierce. Every single time they have always been so helpful patient and kind with me and anyone else that I’ve seen them interact with. Even when I came super close to getting myself into big trouble, Chandra was so patient forgiving and understanding and worked with me to get me through my problem. Always very helpful and patient at the Ft. Pierce Location. I go fairly often when I have a question or problem with online payments. We have 3 businesses and lots of questions come up.
Kevin, in the Ft Pierce, FL office, was just amazing! He handled a problem for me that was quite upsetting - most other people would have bowed out and let me figure it out for myself. However, he sensed my anxiety and wanted to help me find answers. In doing so, Kevin went above and beyond what needed to be done. He rectified a problem for me that could have become a big financial issue in what would've taken me hours and hours; he made a phone call and ~ voila; he effectively terminated the issue to my benefit.
